Swag Bag
If any defect in the workmanship of your Swag Bag is reported within twelve months of the date of delivery, Swag Bag will either replace the product or repair the defect at no cost.
The following conditions are applicable to the warranty given:
1. The warranty shall not cover any defect or damage to Swag Bags which may be caused or partly caused by or arise through:
Failure on the part of the Buyer to properly or reasonably maintain the product; or
Failure on the part of the Buyer to follow any instructions or guidelines provided by the Seller; or
The use of the product for any application other than the storage and transportation of roasted coffee; unless otherwise specified in the quotation or order form; or
The continued use of the product after any defect has become apparent or would have become reasonably apparent to the user; or
Fair wear and tear, any accident or act of God.
2. The warranty shall cease and the Seller shall thereafter under no circumstances be liable to uphold the terms of the warranty if the product has been repaired, altered or overhauled without the Seller's consent.
3. With respect to all claims, the Seller will not be liable to compensate the Buyer for any delays pertaining to the replacement or repair of Goods or in the process of reasonably assessing the Buyer's claim.
Swag Bag Warranty Particulars
The warranty shall not cover any defects or damage caused or partly caused by or arise as a result of:
1. The longterm storage or prolonged exposure of Swag Bags to direct sunlight or any natural or artificial heat source (store appropriately).
2. Defects to Swag Bags caused by custom variations or amendments
3. Abnormal use or irregular environmental conditions.
4. Damage caused due to a lack of reasonable maintenance or care.
6. Not reasonably adhering to guidelines specified for cleaning and maintenance.
