RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Orders may be returned to Swag Bag within 14 days of their arrival and in accordance with the policies outlined in our Terms and Conditions. Simply complete the returns form and return the goods to SWAG BAG, Unit 14/11 Julian Close, Banksmeadow, NSW.

Please Note: returned products must be unused.

We will cover the cost of sending replacement items, but not the postage for returning goods to the SWAG BAG factory. We also take no responsibility for items missing in transit. When returning your order, we suggest using a mail or courier service that offers tracking and insurance. 

Damaged goods or incorrect order:
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact the Swag Bag team via our contact page.

Order cancellations:
If you’ve placed an order and changed your mind, please email the sales team as soon as possible. We will do our best to cancel your order and process an exchange or refund before your order moves into production.
