ShIPPING Times

• Please note: Every Swag Bag is handmade to order, so they take a bit of time. Under normal circumstances, you’ll receive your order within 5 to 6 weeks.

• If you need your Swag Bags by a specific date, please contact our sales team before placing your order or add a note in the comments field of your order. We’ll do our best to help you out.

AustRalian oRdeRs

• When your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number from Australia Post which allows you to track your delivery online and via the Australia Post Mobile App. (Please note: delivery to remote regional areas and during peak posting times can be slower.)

• If you need those Swags pronto, please contact the team and we’ll move mountains to find a solution. (Additional costs may apply.)

The Rest of the woRld

• We are currently shipping to New Zealand, North America and Western Europe. For all other areas, contact us and we will arrange a quote for delivery.

• International freight charges do not include any applicable import duties, taxes or duties applied to the purchaser in the country to which it is sent.

• We do not accept international exchanges, return’s must be shipped at the customers expense.
